Mr. Kisabeth motioned to amend the agenda to add item B to executive session. Mr. Perez seconded the amendment.
Dr. McBride motioned for the amended agenda to be adopted and Mrs. Stephey seconded the motion.

CONSENT AGENDA:
The Superintendent recommends the Tiffin City Board of Education approve the consent agenda: Action by the Board of Education in Adoption of the Consent Agenda means that all Consent Agenda items are adopted by one single motion unless a member of the Board or the Superintendent requests that any such item be removed from the consent agenda and voted upon separately. Employments, where applicable, are contingent upon 1) Verification of education and experience; 2) Proof of proper certification/licensure; 3) Favorable results from a criminal records check.

Approve Extension for Superintendent Pro Tempore
The Tiffin City Board of Education approves an extension for Mr. Robert Boes as Superintendent Pro Tempore from 1/1/2026 - 1/31/2026.

Mr. Kisabeth mentioned the Mr. Boes graciously agreed to continue as Superintendent Pro Tempore from 1/1/2026-1/31/2026. In the upcoming weeks Mr. Kisabeth will meet with Mr. Boes to discuss a stipend and/or contract addendum. Dr. McBride thanked Mr. Boes for his continued support to the district. Mr. Kisabeth also thanked Mr. Boes for is dedication to the students and district.

Appoint Interim Superintendent
The Tiffin City Board of Education appoints Mr. Greg Williamson as Interim Superintendent effective 2/1/2026.

Dr. Beres mentioned that she is excited to have Mr. Greg Williamson join the district. Mr. Kisabeth mentioned Mr. Williamson comes with experience from McComb, Findlay and recently the Superintendent from Leipsic. Mr. Kisabeth mentioned this is contingent on reaching an agreement on specific contract terms. The board will continue to work on his contract to provide a contract at the Organizational meeting in January. Mr. Kisabeth said the contract will start on a Sunday but in a superintendent's world that person works 24/7. He mentioned he is also thankful that Mr. Williamson has agreed to the terms. Mr. Boes echoed the board members comments and is also thankful for Mr. Williamson for coming on board. Mr. Williamson mentioned he is very appreciative of this opportunity. He has previously looked at job opportunities at Tiffin City Schools. This seems to be the right time and everything happens for a reason.

This is the last official meeting of 2025. Mr. Kisabeth had a special thanks for Ms. Pat Smith, Mr. Bob Boes, Ms. Anne Spence, and Ms. Abigail Young for continuing their dedication to move the district forward during this time.
